I ABSOLUTELY developed a super sensitivity to heat and cold. It feels like I can’t regulate my body temp. As far as smell, I get sensitive when I have migraines but it doesn’t necessarily correlate with my fibro

I feel like I can smell everything. My wife thinks it’s crazy how strong my sense of smell is. I don’t have the sensitivity to temperature though I do feel like I’m always running hot.

💯 The smell is less for me because I smoke but I still get overwhelmed by it sometimes especially with cleaning stuff and artificial flavors. I have to sleep on a buckwheat pillow so I can make a little hole for my ears because they get really sore if I lay on a regular pillow. I can't use regular earbuds I had to get kid sized yurbuds. The temperature thing is hard especially since I live in Wisconsin and the weather is very extreme.

I do have body temp sensitivities. Also my smell seems to be excessively great for certain things and not so great for others, but the body temp thing is a pain in the behind all the time for me.

Yes, I can really hot one second and freezing the next. Yes, I can smell things a little stronger.
