Were you seen by an ear throat and nose specialist or just a primary care doc?? Anything with ears and dizziness and my mind immediately goes to inner ear infection or inflammation. There are lots of little parts and crystals in our inner ear that control like,, everything to do with balance and when they're out of wack it's awful I had labyrinthitis as a kid and it pummeled me with veritgo for like a month straight. Not saying you have that bc I didn't have any ear pain but like it's most definitely an ear related issue you're having and cleaning may not make it better if it's an infection or inflammation
