But don't get me wrong I've been exactly where you're at, locked up in a hospital for safety against myself. If you feel nothing good comes from your existence, try volunteering at an animal shelter, hospital, homeless shelter, or retirement home on the weekends. You could also collect all the food that'll expire within 2 months from your pantry and donate it to the homeless shelter every month. I do that. You'll see that even the smallest thing you do has a large impact even if it's just you letting an older lady ramble on about the shirt you're wearing. It sounds like you're lacking
