@Eren2273 I don't have to convince her but if I actually want to have it properly diagnosed I'd have to find a way to get her to believe me about it, might try your suggestion

I don't have this, but I wanted to ask if you HAVE to convince your mom for some reason? If you do, you could try preparing something like a PowerPoint or Word document with pictures to explain to her exactly what it is and how it works. For me, it's always easier to explain things through those methods rather than trying to use words. If you try a method like that, make sure that the way you word the information is a way that can easily be understood!

@Eren2273 The pictures are because something visual often helps people understand things in my experience :)

For me it's basically like a grainy noise-like filter over my vision, gets worse in low light but a lot of the time it doesn't bother me. Just a whole load of minuscule multi coloured lights over everything. Quite fun but a lot of the time I just don't even notice them. You've probably got plenty of blood circulation in your brain lmao

@Keithykins I don't really notice it either unless it's like, really dark For me it's like tv static that just flows around in a square of where I'm directly looking

@Gladius this happens to me too, but usually only when I'm going really fast through snow, like when I'm downhill skiing
