Really struggling with drinking right now. We got a case of seltzers tonight and I'm trying really hard to not drink more. I really really want to, I want to go back to being numb and not being able to tell what's going on. I can't sleep and I know if I drink enough it will knock me out. But I know it will just hurt my partner. I really don't want to wake him for help, but I'm really afraid I'm going to relapse.
