Constant Fatigue with Dysautonomia: Is it Normal?

I've been told by a few doctors now that being fatigued all the time isn't related to my dsyautonomia and that they aren't sure why I'm lightheaded and fatigued 24/7. This doesn't sound right according to what I've read and heard from others and on medical websites. Do any others with autonomic issues (dysautonomia, POTS, etc) experience fatigue as part of their illness? Or are my doctors right and it might be my anxiety/another underlying condition that hasn't been diagnosed yet like CFS?

i have dysautonomia too and i have been heavily fatigued ever since my symptoms have began in my 7th grade year. it took my three years to get a diagnosis because all doctors gaslighted me thag it was ONLY anxiety, when by that point, i was in therapy for it and had meds.

That's reassuring! Pretty much every chronically person I've ever spoken to has fatigue so idk what my doctors are on about. Being sick all the time is exhausting. Sorry to hear you were gaslit for so long, I got told the same thing for a while because I was a minor at the onset as well
