I've been told by a few doctors now that being fatigued all the time isn't related to my dsyautonomia and that they aren't sure why I'm lightheaded and fatigued 24/7. This doesn't sound right according to what I've read and heard from others and on medical websites. Do any others with autonomic issues (dysautonomia, POTS, etc) experience fatigue as part of their illness? Or are my doctors right and it might be my anxiety/another underlying condition that hasn't been diagnosed yet like CFS?
