how long does it take for a single dose of duloxetine to take effect? i ran out a couple days ago and have been experiencing withdrawals, but i managed to find one more dose and am trying to figure out when the shaking will stop.

With anti depressants, it usually takes several doses to bring the dose in your body to a therapeutic point. If you miss enough doses to begin withdrawals it could take several doses to help you fully recover.
