      @abbzzzg I’m sore the rest of the day however I chalk it up to the toxins (lack of a brain term) so if you’re really feeling poorly 2 things… 1. don’t have caffeine the day of 2. Drink lots of water to help flush everything

      I LOVED IT. The doctor performing it was a master and laughed a lot because he said I was the only one that got excited. 🤣To add, I’m also someone who really benefits from deep tissue. What is it being recommended for? What are your concerns/reservations? Do you benefit from deep tissue?

        @Jazzie1 i do it already and really have benefitted but sometimes im unsure if the actual pain and soreness from the needling is worse than id feel without it, glad to see someone else is gaining from it!
