Does anyone have any special tools/devices that help them manage symptoms? Ex. I use a neck fan on hot days to keep cool to make sure the heat doesn’t trigger a fainting episode. Just looking for more things that will make me feel better regularly or offer a little reprieve.

raise the head of your bed! there's a lot of research on this, i don't know all of it but, raising the part of your bed where your head is, (like a hospital bed), has shown significant help in pots patients. compression socks, works well on long days out :) i have an apple watch to track my heart rate through the day, i understand this is not easy accessible to others. there are other devices to track your heart rate. i'm not sure how much those cost. :) i carry those ice packs that you pop & shake on hot days. i always always have a bottle of water on me. drink mix-ins with (a lot of) salt :)

Same from me with the little fan. It clips on your belt or pants and blows up your shirt. They are on Amazon.
