Salt stick vitassium also works super well for me to better absorb electrolytes. They are made by and for dysautonomia patients and have discounts for people with dysautonomia and pots on the website

I buy liquid IV on the website since it's cheaper and can buy large orders in flavors i want. But can be found at most grocery stores/ pharmacy with the vitamins. Often has a low stock though so recommend the website, with discount codes and sales it's relatively affordable

I drink two glasses of water every time I get blood tests done. But it doesn't always help and I have to suffer many attempts until they succeed :/

Liquid I.V has been a life saver for me. My veins are terrible and before I got my port I'd drink two glasses of water with liquid IV in them, helped sooo much and was way less water than I'd have to drink without the hydration supplement

That was always a problem for me whenever I was hospitalised or had blood tests. I was told that I’m dehydrated so it’s hard to take my blood. I think that was just an excuse for the staff, because they’re not professional

I have horrible veins and I have to drink a gallon of water if I have any chance of them finding one little vein. So frustrating!
