Doctors' Attitude Towards Body Pain in HIV Patients

is it just me or do doctors act like body pain has nothing to do with HIV, also has anyone tried to get disability thru social security for it is it hard to get?

I've had it since 2016, and I have ptsd,depression, and anxiety also I have hyperglycemia too and thyroid disease, I hope I have a chance because it really effects me working cause my days of feeling bad are more than feel good to work
