In my opinion absolutely! You'll still need a good support team and I suggest therapy, even if it's just once a month or a few times a year. ❤️

My mom is a drug addict and it's really hard to take pills for me I used take them prescribed by my psychiatrist. Then she was forcing me to admit I was a drug addict taking pills and I've never been a pill taker never did any drugs for the matter of fact even my mom was like the only addiction she has is a Dr pepper addiction. So I find meds not to work effectively I think they are placebos but this is my opinion everyone is open to their opinion.

it depends on each individual. meds can either really help, really harm, help a little, etc.

I got severely worse on every med i tried, but i know a lot of people who have benefitted immensely
