I feel I need to see a specialist cause I think I have bpd

      @Blackkat the most recommended therapy for bpd is actually dbt (a type of therapy) so you may be in luck there ;;] talking to your doctor about it is important, and you may end up on medications that help manage symptoms (like depression, anxiety, or mood swings) and getting diagnosed is a bitch (took me 6 years from when i realised i had it) but it'll be worth the help you get in the end

      when it comes to bpd i think it's always worth trying to get professional help. bpd is so difficult to manage on your own, and it's really easy to get stuck in harmful cycles if you don't have an outside perspective to help you pinpoint your triggers and patterns.

        @ivylee thank you it is a thing I struggled for years since I was a teenager and been afraid to talk about it cause I didn't want anymore pills
