So I’ve had ED ( anorexia ) for some years now and relapse a lot during stressful life events or in a lot of pain . So it’s kinda a new put been trying to figure it out . Whenever I drink any kind of liquids like water juice milk I count how many gulps I take like each time and it’s a quite faint voice counting 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 in my head . I don’t it when I chew food only when I drink liquids . Is it from my ED ? I notice it happens when I’m in relapse when I’m not relapsing I don’t do that 😣
