Do I Have ADHD? Need Advice

I wasn't exactly diagnosed but had Chronic fatigue syndrome as well as trouble concentrating in school. My doctor suggested Aderal and it changed my life, many of my friends who take aderal say that their ADHD isn't as bad and they find it impossible to fall asleep. If your doctor suggests it, try Adderall?

Does the potential diagnosis feel scary to you at all? Anyways, even without a diagnosis, and even if it's another issue, still look up healthy coping mechanisms for adhd and if they help, they help :)
