Do I Have ADHD? Need Advice

Well I'm not fully sure if I have ADHD. my mom thinks I do as well as my friends but I've never been diagnosed. I've done research on it and I do show most of the symptoms but it could be something else. The main symptoms are usually zoning out a lot, I get hyper out of nowhere, I like blurring out things mid convo and it's really hard to concentrate on easy tasks like my friends do.

I wasn't exactly diagnosed but had Chronic fatigue syndrome as well as trouble concentrating in school. My doctor suggested Aderal and it changed my life, many of my friends who take aderal say that their ADHD isn't as bad and they find it impossible to fall asleep. If your doctor suggests it, try Adderall?

Does the potential diagnosis feel scary to you at all? Anyways, even without a diagnosis, and even if it's another issue, still look up healthy coping mechanisms for adhd and if they help, they help :)
