Feeling Dizzy and Nauseous: Is it Anxiety or Something Else?

I’ve been having dizzy spells like vertigo all week but haven’t thought much of it. However right now I feel dizzy and very nauseous and dissociated right now and my vision is off. I feel very confused and nervous and I don’t know what to do. Could this be from OCD/ anxiety? Has anyone experienced something like this before? It almost feels like a panic attack but I’m not really panicking and nothing has triggered me, is this normal

i was dealing with the same thing a few weeks ago :/ still have some nausea/lightheadedness here and there but luckily it’s gotten a lot better! got some tests done and am going to get some more but it mostly seems to have been anxiety and stress related. i hope it gets better for you soon too!
