Feeling Dizzy and Disoriented: What Could Be the Cause?

Since Covid vaccines. I feel off balance. Not dizzy. Just like I want to hang on to stuff. I had Covid too the first Covid outbreak. I have not felt the same since that and vaccines. I get freaked out what vaccines might do to us long term. I keep getting weird symptoms. Balance off ringing in ears. Panic that wakes me up. Brain fog. Just want the old me back. I can’t have joy cause I’m always worried.
