Dizziness with POTS or Orthostatic Hypotension
Does anyone with POTS or Orthostatic Hypotension become dizzy when you’re tired? I’ve asked other healthy people if they’ve experienced this, and they could not relate. It makes me feel unsettled and uncomfortable when I’m experiencing this. Especially if I go to bed too late and I wake up early, it’s an issue.

I have Orthostatic hypertension and I get dizzy when tired quite a bit. If it happens to me I just have to sit down
