Help! I'm experiencing dizziness and nausea

HELP I wrote yesterday how afraid I was of having a dizzy episode and it happened TODAY. My head feels heavy, I feel like I’m spinning, and I’m getting nauseous. How do I make this go away fast? I already took Dramamine and I’m just freaking out :(

I know I’m late but ask your doctor about Meclizine I take it every time a feel a vertigo spell coming on and honestly it’s been a life saver. I can’t live without it
