Dizziness and Nausea: Is it Just the Heat?

I thought maybe I was anemic or pre-diabetic because over the last few weeks I randomly get dizzy and nauseated throughout the day but blood tests have ruled out these conditions. Same with blood pressure. is it just the heat? wtf...? anybody else experiencing this?

i think allergies as well as heatbhas been doing this to me too
