hey so this happens to me too, less dizziness and more i feel extremely clammy and gross, and it helps to make the shower a little more lukewarm/colder when you feel like that. a little bit of a chill can knock you out of that icky feeling, at least for me. hope this helps u too!!

Happens to me too. I think it’s like less oxygen with the small spaces and steam or something? I get faint

That sounds like a cardiac issue, see a doctor asap and reduce the temperature of your showers until you don't have that reaction. A shower chair might also help but I'd speak to a doctor first.
I don’t have any issue with my heart (confirmed through multiple exams) but get dizzy sometimes in showers like this too. It has to deal with my mental illness we have found out. Ptsd, anxiety and my migraines combined cause me to have vertigo and other dizziness issues and showers were a big trigger for mine. It was happening every time I took a shower for many months until I finally got treatment for my issues and now it rarely occurs. My feet also swell and get red in showers. My doctor was not concerned about that either in my case. If you are concerned about anything, you should get it checked out but just wanted to say this because I have a lot of same symptoms and my doctors have found nothing physically wrong with me in relation to it

I also have the same problem + my feet & chest get itchy, red, & swollen afterwards. I have vasovagal syndrome as well as AVNRT
Talk to your Dr. Sounds like me before I was diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension. It's 110% better now with treatment and it only takes a tilt table test to diagnose.

I struggle with this too and I am pretty sure it has to do with the eating disorder. I second others' suggestions to talk to a doctor about it.
I think it could have a bit to do with the air circulation as well. Maybe leaving the door open and turning the fan on will help. This happens to me sometimes too
No, please go see a doctor
