What are good distractions you use when you’re trying to cut back smoking weed or doing a cleanse?

Thanks for all the tips! So far on day 3 and have been able to push through those urges to smoke. I still get cravings but I feel accomplished when I’m not moping around and smoking weed. Anyone else have crazy dreams when they do a cleanse? Lol

oh yeah, I stopped for 8 weeks when I went to Korea and despite being the happiest I’ve ever been I had trouble sleeping through the night because of my intense dreams the whole time. I started up again when I came back so I have no idea how long it would take for them to stop lol

Well I mean honestly as an avid weed smoker my self getting out and walking and when I mean by that is (if you are able to) going to a local nature preserve or local forest preserve and going for an adventure. Or a new hobby works as well.

I agree with keeping yourself busy. I find picking up a new hobby really helps keep your attention focused ❤️

Keeping yourself busy or around people who don’t smoke I know it’s hard but it helps
