I honestly journal it out and dance it out it helps the mental pain lessen since I'm getting my emotions out

I really like crafts and TV! I need to both physically do something and watch or listen to something at the same time to be fully distracted. Lately it’s been diamond art with grey’s anatomy in the background! I also really like paint by numbers and audiobooks

I love watching videos from my favorite content creators on YouTube. Always lighthearted stuff like video game challenges or meme compilations.

If it is not physical pain such as my migraines that I seen to get almost everyday I listen to music. If it is migraine pain I do my best to do something like doing brain enhancement games that I have on my phone and lie down with either a cold or hot compress to take my mind off of it

I listen to upbeat music, read a good book, write and do something active. I take dance and I find that helps me shift my focus.

Mine varies. Can be bingeing a show I'm obsessed with (this can numb anything I'm feeling, I'm confused), or playing the only game you'll ever see me care for (which also numbs me alot)... I also do artsy stuff in my spare time and I'm trying to get back into writing stories but that's really hard for me.

if youre not able to do much physical stuff, like walking or exercise, i recommend Minecraft. i know i know "its a kids game!" but its genuinely so nice to be able to do something simple or repetitive like mining or building, its helped me calm down and take my mind off so many different things

i usually sleep. not the best when i overdo it, but letting my mind just not linger for some time on the physical and mental pain i'm feeling tends to help.
