Yes its very isolating for me, everyone is able to talk about their memories but i can’t remember anything but certain memories and thats it

i do a lot, but i have a hodgepodge of disorders that make you dissociate. all of them are from trauma of course, but sometimes it just feels good to feel so much emotion and then empty - that’s usually what happens during an aftermath of an episode

All my life. Ive lost so much time to it and now remembering more and more as I go through my twenties. It turned my memories into vague ones that are a lot clearer now and oh boy Im not a fan.
