Yes, I dislocate ribs regularly, it's awful.
The auto advice given by Alike here is really bad for people with connective tissue disorders. Unlike others we should not try to relocate dislocated joints. You may or may not be relieved to hear that the EDS society advice page says not to see a doctor specifically because if they do anything they will try and relocate the bone and your body will just pull it straight back it again reinjuring you.

My ribs dislocate frequently. Usually I can just push/pull it back into place. If it slips behind the others, I get my hand under it and pull it foreword. If it slips in front of the others, I push it back with my palm.
