Discovering My ADHD: A Surprising Revelation

Adhd Went to therapy for the first time in years, and he said he thinks I have Adhd. Something I never considered. I'm ashamed to admit I had been thinking of adhd as one main major symptom - being super hyperactive or talkative which I am the opposite of. So when he told me this I thought he was wrong and even told him so, but he corrected me and apparently mine has to do with the fact that I suppress my emotions, don't know how to cope and deal with them and with that I also suppress my memories. He explained further and I think he may be right. I didn't realize how many different versions and symptoms of Adhd there were.

I think it's not a bad thing that maybe suddenly after a few years you realized that you suffer from ADHD. It can help you get treatment and manage to get along better in this world. Maybe you should go to the doctor and start the diagnostic process in order to get the title you deserve and the appropriate treatment.
