waited nearly a year to go to back to therapy …start off telling her about my anxiety and cPTSD/PTSD and that I might have autism and need help after and she goes… “did something traumatic happen” … AM I TALKING TO A THERAPIST!?! I can’t believe I kept going… because my psych requires appointments. I requested a new therapist months ago, in october. 😀
