Difficulty Breathing on My Back

I’m experiencing some breathing issues as well. Haven’t had luck with the specialists yet. My understanding is that a weakening of the diaphragm is possible in rare cases.

I prefer to sleep on my side or stomach. I never really thought about why I avoided sleeping on my back...

Usually that happens to me in high altitudes. CMT and higher altitudes do not pair well together at all.
