Differentiating Fatigue in Addisons and Other Conditions

Those with more conditions other than Addisons. how can you tell the difference between fatigue caused by your other conditions or caused by your addisons either steroids needing to be adjusted or the start of an adrenal crisis

I have Type 1 Diabetes and Fibromyalgia and sometimes it is very hard to distinguish which one is causing symptoms. I have had diabetes for a very long time and the cgm helps me figure that out, and when it is Addison’s related I am usually very emotional, on the verge of crying, and every loud sound or touch sends like a shock down my body. I am guessing it is from not having enough adrenaline from steriods, so when I feel that I usually know its time to take more hydrocortisone.
