      Hi Superwoman1. I also have serious anemia alongside my Myeloma. I need to have a nap most afternoons for an hour to reset my energy clock. When it comes to diet, I have not changed a single thing,except quantity. Everything in moderation.

      I was vegetarian and i stayed a vegetarian, i try to eat more food with ursolic acid

      i try to eat more vegetables but i hate cooking. i buy pre-packaged salad kits from the grocery store

      I have been diagnosed with anemia, Unfortunately, my anemia has been made worse by myeloma. I am currently following a special diet that includes a good amount of iron-rich meats like beef, pork, and poultry, and leafy green vegetables like spinach
