Hey everyone, So, I'm in this watch and wait stage with my Mantle cell diagnosis. Right now, the plan's just to eat healthy, but honestly, I'm feeling pretty wiped out.😪 I'm looking to beef up my health game while I wait for treatment. any diet tips to share? I'm not trying to go overboard with the whole food thing, but I do want to feel like I'm doing something good for myself.

      I've been there, and I know it's tough. I added more fish to my diet for the omega-3s, and it seemed to help with my energy levels⚡️. but i can't stop eating a little comfort food is good for the soul.

      I made an effort to incorporate more lean meats and leafy greens in my diet while reducing sugar. And a little dark chocolate never hurts for a mood lift☺️!
