I’ve been told by my CLL Specialist said that in general it’s good practice to rice eat healthy, meaning nothing processed, and to eat veggies, fruit, protein, complex carbs. She also said other things can be in moderation but not all the time - but there are healthier choices even with those.
I struggled with my lymphocyte count too. MI started incorporating more whole foods, especially those high in vitamins C and E, zinc, and selenium – think citrus fruits, almonds, and seafood 🍤 🦞🍱🐟
Yep, been there! My doc recommended getting enough sleep and reducing stress as much as possible. Meditation and yoga helped me a lot ☺️
I focused a lot on my diet. Eating foods rich in antioxidants, like berries and leafy greens, seemed to help. 🥗🫐
