Ibuprofen, meloxicam/tizanidine, salonpas, kinesiology tape, lidocaine rollers, and heating pads have helped me.

Cannabis, hot baths and Meloxicam. It's hard on the stomach but works about 75% of the time

Usually taking ibuprofen helps a lot, I usually take two or three pills depending on the severity of the pain. Since it helps with inflammation it keeps my joints at bay. I also take naproxen to help relieve muscle tension and aches from that as well since it's a mild muscle relaxer. Both are regular over-the-counter pain relievers so no specific perscription is needed. Tylenol really does nothing for me personally 😅
