Diet and Inflammation: Any Tips?

Has anyone found any specific diets that seem to help with inflammation? (Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc)

I hate to say this but an anti-Inflammatory diet has helped me the most. No grains, dairy, legumes, nightshades, sugar, nuts and seeds, eggs, industrial seed oils, corn, soy, preservatives. However, it’s very difficult to eat that way and I’ve drifted a lot. The only foods I stay away from all the time are gluten, most forms of soy, lentils, and eggs. I can tolerate everything else but overdoing it on certain things will cause immidiate flaring.

I was diagnosed in 2016 and put on Plaquenil. In 2019, My eyes tested positive so I chose to wean off of it. I went on an anti- inflammation diet (have used that diet as my only "treatment" along with taking tumeric daily) and it really made a HUGE difference!
