I have been eating gluten free and dairy free for about 6 months and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY. Worth trying for sure.

I tried to research and read a bit about an endo-adapted diet but did not find anything unequivocally proven. I would love to hear if there is anything that helps :)

hell yeah! It took me a good few years until I got to my gynecologist who diagnosed me with endo. Do not lose hope, in the end, you will reach the long-awaited doctor who will help you.

Although I underwent surgery a few years ago which helped me a lot, I also maintain a diet rich in fat, iron, and fiber (hear that it has a positive effect on the endo).

Yes, it has taken 8 years to get a diagnosis. During that time, it was IBS, ulcers, Crohn’s. So I went plant based, got rid of gluten and lactose. Had an endoscopy/colonscopy last summer and no more ulcers. Diet and cannabis has helped me a lot ❤️

I strongly suggest you to do research, online or by asking others doctors, to find the one who specialise in endometriosis for diagnosis. From my experience, the ones who aren't working daily with this disease just dont know enough about it.
