Mine was diagnosed by a positive ANA and ENA test. I had an ANA of 160h and a positive ENA SSA-60. I also mentioned all of my symptoms, and I get a very obvious butterfly rash. I also got mine diagnosed by a rheumatologist, all of my GPs dismissed my results

I’m unsure if I get he butterfly rash, I feel a burning sensation on my face and get roses cheeks but it doesn’t stay long.

They’ll do further antibody tests see if there’s more and assess your symptoms and rule out other conditions
