today i was diagnosed with pots by my gp, i am waiting for some referrals and then treatment is being planned. after having covid in early 2020, ive had symptoms and it has been so rough, doctors said it was just anxiety although my heart rate was dependent on my posture, standing up or sitting up it went from 80-100 to 160-180, i faint often and after months of self advocacy i finally know what is happening:) it feels like such a relief!!
