Need Help with Diabetic Leg Pain

I’m a diabetic now 25 years with other serious conditions but I have a lot of pain in my legs it’s hard to walk I haven’t found anything that helps I was wondering if anybody had a suggestion for me thank you

Knees or legs. Mine hurt also. Both. Need knees replaced and have neuropathy in my legs from diabetes. Gabapentin helps.
