You are in the right place❤️. I think my new food before bed when I crave junk will be a baked potatoe with butter and salt pepper and a spoon of Greek yogurt. You could put some cheese on it . So changes for me start 1 thing at a time. My neuropathy was so severe I was forced to make changes. Cutting back on sugar was first. Eating more fresh vegies and fruits which I limit.Smoothies with those almond milk 2 tbl spoons Greek yogurt. Gives me energy. Also apple cider vinegar in hot water with lemon and Stevie burns fat at nite. I like meat and veggies now. Be kind to yourself and start 1 change at a time. It snow balled for me. I'm on my way to a much healthier me now. You got this!
