@bokani I have the same eating disorder, but Overeaters Anonymous helped me enough that I can now control it. I used to weigh 235-40, but now hover about 155. I can't recommend OA enough.

@Tobydottir No meetings near me. I used to go until my meeting disbanded. It did help

I've been using Intermittent fasting and have lost 35lbs. so far this year. I cheat a few days a month, too. If I could walk far enough it would be better.

Metformin can help. Cut out carbs & sugar as much as possible. Exercise if you can (I can't). Portion control is important. Limit snacking, I'm a perpetual snacker especially if stressed. Try not to eat out. You need to know what is in your meals. Low sodium helps too.

Doesn't help when you have someone telling you, " you wanna lay in your own fat?"

@PhylomenaD don't listen to that! I know it is hard, but don't. Only let in positive messages!

Walk 20-30 minutes 4x/week. Limit carbs, and ice cream only once a week.
