In the last two weeks I was admitted to the hospital due to high blood sugar (700) and an A1C of 12.5. I was In the hospital sep. 22 to sep. 25th and was diagnosed with type two diabetes. I'm on two types of insulin and metformin 500mg twice a day and my numbers have been in the low 100s. I'm still super scared to eat or do much afraid I'll end up back in the hospital...
