Desperate for Relief from DDD in L5 Vertebrae

So I have DDD in my L5 vertebrae and the chiropractor doesn’t seem to help. I’m desperate at this point. My back pain is keeping me from doing things.

Chiropractors vary place to place—which is such an awful truth I’ve had to realize in my own journey with an uneven hipline and narrowed bone structure. Did they prescribe you any stretching routines etcetera? Outside of that, I’d definitely follow up with a secondary chiropractor service that accepts your insurance because then it’ll be the test of which is understanding your condition better and *actually* listening and helping you with the L-5 problems, if that isn’t affordable Id start bringing in your primary care doctor too/family medicine doctor who has your medical history on hand.
