Outside of that, I’d definitely follow up with a secondary chiropractor service that accepts your insurance because then it’ll be the test of which is understanding your condition better and *actually* listening and helping you with the L-5 problems, if that isn’t affordable Id start bringing in your primary care doctor too/family medicine doctor who has your medical history on hand.
