Desperate for Answers: Severe Throbbing Pain in Feet and Ankles

It's been two years and my doctor hasn't figured out what the issue is. I've been to many specialists without gaining answers. I have severe throbbing pain in my ankles and feet that worsen at night and after walking/working. Pain meds don't even help. My hands and feet are always cold and my body has temperature regulation issues. Any ideas? I'm desperate. :')
