I feel like I'm drowning

Heart palpitations, trouble breathing, impending doom feeling :(

Not sensitive to external sound, all I can hear are my thoughts, sweating, racing heart, mild shaking, stomach pain. The first time it happened I was dizzy and almost passed out but that has not happened again.

Heart beating really fast struggle with breathing cannot focus too many thoughts at once and feel really hot.

Had one last night, mine usually include lightheadeness, tingling in the cheeks and extramaties, racing thoughts, rapid heartbeat, and a feeling of impending doom.

i get very sensitive to sound and everything seems 10x louder, i feel like im having a heart attack, and my thoughts race,,, not fun

I get tightness in my chest, blurred vision, left sided weakness, tingling in my extremities, and fast heart rate. Sometimes migraines

I start feeling like everything is bigger and louder than it is, like the room is getting smaller. I get pangs of electricity in the palms of my hands and butterflies with hammers in my stomach.

My hands get tingly, racing heart, restlessness, heavy rapid breathing, a lot of times I get a touch of sensory overload so everything seems much louder than it actually is, and my claustrophobia sets in due to the sensory bit

Tingly face/hands/feet/ears, rapid heart beat, hyperventilating, muscle weakness, nausea, eye twitching, shaking, physically unable to speak.

Disassociating, tingling, intense pressure on chest, stomach in knots, tunnel vision, feeling like I'm in an invisible box that's shrinking

Light headed, a rushing feeling, pass out feeling. Tingly face (sometimes)
