Struggling with Depression: Seeking Help Again

I've been dealing with depression since I was 13, I'm almost 21 now it's not getting better I tried medication, meditation, self help books, but nothing has been working. I'm going back to therapy, i'm nervous because I'm opening up to a new psychologist again

Medication is a trial and error so it's hard to find the right cocktail for people. Don't give up

I started having depression sometime when I was 10-13. It got worse and worse and now I'm 26, about to be 27. Medication can help BUT do not take it without seeing a therapist during. It can be dangerous not having a therapist watch your behavior and such. Learned that the hard way myself. A therapist can help teach you coping skills to better handle life and depressive episodes. Try calling and asking around about therapy, coping help, and stuff.
