@Beanie102470 you're not a failure! You're doing the best you can dealing with unfair circumstances that you and your family don't deserve. In my experience, I've found it very important to keep an open and honest line of communication with my spouse and family. They can have a lot of feelings and resentment regarding our health, and it's not helpful to keep it all inside.

I’m in a bad flare involving all major joints and just taking a shower is so painful! But we get up and go to work anyway because having an invisible disease that no one understands is really hard. Hang in there! It’s hard to come to terms with new limitations but would you judge someone with heart disease or diabetes for needing to do the same? Be graceful to yourself and know there are others who understand 🙏

@Sweet_Lou it's very hard to admit u physically can't do something and the fact that I appear perfectly healthy jus by looking at me it's so hard even for my family to "believe" me. Which is so frustrating bcuz y would I say I can't do something that anyone my age should be able to do, why would I ask for help if I didn't truly need it .. I hate RA so bad and I hate that ppl r like ur too young blah blah blah ... Ughhhhhhh sorry jus needed to get that out

Be kind to yourself, and don't push yourself trying to match everyone else's rhythm around you. Sometimes we forget to prioritize ourselves, in effort to care for those we love. Take Vitamin C, D3, and B-12 to help keep you mental state of mind well also.

@Rainbowfairy what does vitamin D3 help with, I know vitamin B12 helps with energy and vitamin C helps with immune support but not sure what DE helps with

Very hot shower meditation meds and take it from there. I also have fibromyalgia and neck issues so usually it's a slow process to get anything done and very frustrating. So I totally get where you are coming from. Always here to chat.

@Beanie102470 you are never a failure. You are doing your best it is good enough. I don't always remember that or how far I've come either. I feel like a failure I've been married 27 years can no longer work part time which I do and keep up the house 2 grown boys out of the house. My husband just leaves it til I get to it but we need to remember our best is good enough
