      Get you some good Christian music that up beat and jam with it you'll be surprise how it can change your mindset. Elevation Worship is good. Listen to Steve Furwick. He's awesome. I suffer fromthe same illness. I find when things start getting me in a mood I pray and jam to my music. Couldn't make it without the Lord and my music

          @Janetlynn your so welcome. If I can be of help I'm here. I know what it is to be depressed to the point of ending my life. Look up the Serenity Prayer. I like by that prayer.
