Dealing with Depression and Grief

I don't know if the depression I'm feeling is a mixture of my grief depression from my significant other passing away on july 4th and my chronic depression or if its my seasonal affective depression, with my chronic depression and grief depression, but I've been in an odd funk lately. Its making my paranoia act up.

I think it must be everything really. Grief, seasons changing, depression- and it’s all such a terrible feeling. But remember to always keep going, keep trying.

I’d agree with @Addix that it’s probably a mix of everything. I wish I could give you a hug right now. Loss is devastating, and all that much harder to process with depression and seasonal depression
