I'm just so tired all the time. I can barely make it through the day without a nap and often find myself just laying in bed because it's less exhausting than sitting up at my desk. I know I have depression, and things have been getting better on that front, but how should I go about keeping myself up for longer than four hours? I've never liked coffee but am considering caffeine pills at this point.

@Mooseling that is perfectly fine. Find an audiobook of a book that is of a topic you want to know nothing of. It will bore your mind, and possibly put you to sleep

Try some caffeine about 20-30 minutes after waking up and seeing if that helps? I too struggle to get out of bed, but I have other underlying health issues as well. Check your heart rate and blood pressure to see if it's normal when you wake up. Personally I have issues with my heart rate and blood pressure being too low causing my body to not want to wake up.
