what are some different exerdices i can do to improve my depression?

      I second the walk comment. I have a dog so it helps hold me accountable. He’s the old thing that gets me out of bed some days. Honestly diet and exercise are the most underutilized tools for mental health. Most don’t realize the American diet is super inflammatory and neuro inflammation is a major cause of depression and anxiety. Look up the AIP diet.

      I’ve found that just going on walks (sometimes runs if I have the energy) is really helpful as it doesn’t take much effort, but it gets you outside and moving which really makes a difference.
