Dealing with Depression and Dizzy Spells

Sometimes I do, it's usually when I'm alriady in a pretty bad/upset mood and then I try to do a task then I will get super dizzy out of nowhere and my legs will start to go numb until they just give out or I sit down, rhe depression comes and goes, sometimes I have the energy to do a project right when I wake up or I keep sleeping and stay in darkness all day

I have dealt with both due to epilepsy. I was told by doctors and felt like medication/diet were big contributing factors for dizziness. Medication was also a contributing factor for depression as well as dealing with seizures themselves. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you'd like to talk more in depth.
