Sometimes I do, it's usually when I'm alriady in a pretty bad/upset mood and then I try to do a task then I will get super dizzy out of nowhere and my legs will start to go numb until they just give out or I sit down, rhe depression comes and goes, sometimes I have the energy to do a project right when I wake up or I keep sleeping and stay in darkness all day
I have dealt with both due to epilepsy. I was told by doctors and felt like medication/diet were big contributing factors for dizziness. Medication was also a contributing factor for depression as well as dealing with seizures themselves. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you'd like to talk more in depth. It looks like we are on some of the same medications and I have been on some of the medications you are currently on.
